2026 Rental Pricing
Daily fee: Monday - Friday  - $175
Daily fee: Saturday or Sunday - $300
Weekend fee: Saturday and Sunday - $550

Alcohol can be served at the event; however, no alcohol may be sold on the premises.  If alcohol is served, a one-day liquor permit can be obtained from the Town of East Longmeadow.

Set-up for the event may be done on the day of the rental only, unless otherwise agreed to.

The renter must leave the facility as it was and in a neat and clean condition.
You must remove all trash from the premises.
The facility must be vacated by 10:00 pm. at the end of the rental period, unless otherwise agreed to.

Your rental is not secure until the signed contract and $100 security deposit and rental fees are received.
